About Seven

Working from our offices in Leeds and London, our business was founded on client insight that concluded Consumer, Retail, and FMCG recruitment needed to be better.

All founding members of Seven were from within the recruitment industry and were disillusioned with industry practices. The poor perception of recruitment consultancies and the restrictions of former employers drove them to leave and form Seven in search of a better way of doing FMCG, Consumer, and Retail recruitment.

Before opening for business, extensive independent research was commissioned to determine what people REALLY wanted from the recruitment industry. In short, we wanted to put knowledge before assumptions.

The insights and learning were used to develop our seven pledges, which remain the fundamental foundation of our recruitment business.
