Working from our offices in Leeds and London, our business was founded on client insight that concluded recruitment in the Consumer and Retail space needed to be better. All founding members of Seven were from within the Recruitment industry and were disillusioned with the industry practices. The poor perception of Recruitment Consultancies and the fact they were restricted by former employers drove them to leave and form Seven in search of a better way of doing Consumer and Retail Recruitment. Before opening for business, extensive, independent research was commissioned to determine what people REALLY wanted from the Recruitment industry. In short, we wanted to put knowledge before assumptions. The insights and learnings were used to develop seven pledges that pursue as the fundamental foundation of our Recruitment business.
