Nisa is a £1.45 billion turnover company which exists to provide benefits to approx. 1,300 retailers, operating almost 3,500 stores. Acquired by The Co-op in May 2018, expansion is guaranteed with increased access to a wider product range, with improved price and promotion detail. Their ethos is to support communities around the UK, by helping independent retailers make a true difference to their local area.

Nisa approached us following the successful placement of the Head of Fresh Buying role.

We conducted a very strategic search of the marketplace to find the elusive candidate who would meet Nisa’s geographical challenge of the east coast. Our knowledge, insight and background in retail meant we knew where to find the elusive person; he was working as a contractor in a direct competitor. The candidate was in place within a fortnight! We continue to work closely with Nisa.
