Our client is a publically-listed leisure group with 6,000 leased & tenanted pubs – the largest pub landlord in the UK. Our relationship started in 2016 as a former candidate of ours was placed in their Solihull head office and contacted us with a brief. We’d successfully placed 5 middle-management roles with this client prior to being briefed on the Head of Communications role. The ideal candidate needed a good mix of B2B, B2C and Corporate Communications experience.

We introduced 2 candidates to the client following a search of our network. He was on contract at a high street retailer and looking to exit following a takeover. We managed a 4-week process from brief to offer, and continue to work with this client.
