Background
The Ferrero Group is present in 53 countries, and its products are sold in more than 160 countries. They have a global workforce of over 40,000 employees and a global portfolio of brands including Nutella, Tic Tac and Kinder.
We are one of Ferrero’s preferred suppliers, having placed 20 candidates into their Sales team since 2012. We were originally recommended by a previous client.
Our 17 years working with talent in Consumer Goods – especially with impulse food clients – gives us a huge network to pull from when clients such as Ferrero need new people in the team. Their Sales department has grown from 5 in 2012 to 27 in 2019 and we have been able to contribute to their success by finding some of the right people to push that growth. All our candidates are still in place.
