We are fully responsible for recruiting all roles across the Hovis business.

Background

Our fully outsourced recruitment model saves our clients time and money, taking responsibility for all recruitment and handling the full process end-to-end, from engagement to retention.

In this Hovis example, we have blended seamlessly with the central HR function to work as an extension of the team, as an outsourced Talent Acquisition department.

Our RPO over the last 5 years has been extremely successful, resulting in a saving of between £150,000 – £550,000 per year to our client, alongside a reduction in time-to-hire as well as agency use. We were very proud to receive the bronze award for Best Onsite RPO In-house Recruitment Team at the In-house Recruiter Awards and to be nominated for Best Outsourced Recruitment Organisation at The Recruiter Awards – in recognition of our tangible results and the performance of our brilliant team.
