We have worked with KP Snacks since 2015, placing 17 candidates into their Sales team after being recommended by a former candidate as a recruiter that would suit their business. The strength of our relationship has been built on our understanding of their brand and business, the unique start-up culture they encourage while growing their stable of heritage brands, and their vision of doing business the right way.
Following the acquisition of the Butterkist business, a new role was created to lead growth of the newest brand to join the group. After several weeks of an unsuccessful multiple agency approach, we offered our retained services, agreed timelines and went to market. We targeted competitor businesses and examined talent maps to find candidates that would appreciate the unique culture and fit the brief.
End-to-end the process was 7 weeks from brief to offer. We were also trusted to place the Head of Category for Grocery and another Senior Category Manager. In 2016, KP Snacks were low placed in the Advantage Group Survey (AGS), and set their sights on improving this rating within the industry. They have recently been awarded 1st for Grocery Category Management and 2nd for Impulse, due in part to the strength of the people they have in place.
