Brand Manager
Our client:
- Fast-paced and passionate UK food & drink business, part of a £multi-billion international group
- With a portfolio of brands, including their hero brand which is #1 within the category; some exciting developing brands significant support and activity in next 12 months
- Offers power & scale of large international food group, but operates as an independent UK operation with the agility of small business; with a committed team and a fun, family orientated and straight forward culture
- Now recruiting for a Brand Manager to lead on the hero brand within the portfolio!
The role:
- The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in managing the largest brand within the portfolio.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will develop and execute the 3 year Brand Plan, working to achieve brand KPIs.
- 360 Brand role, across the full marketing mix – including brand planning, communications, NPD and activation.
- The Brand Manager will brief agencies where required, to implement ATL and BTL marketing and advertising.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and consumer insights, to identify consumer trends and translate into actionable plans.
- As a result, we are looking for a collaborative, energized individual who can spearhead the brand both internally and externally, with strong project management skills to see this through.
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced in Brand Marketing (either Assistant Brand Manager looking for a step up in responsibility or a Brand Manager looking for an exciting new challenge).
- Must have FMCG experience.
- Strategic, collaborative and strong project management skills.
