The role:

• Assistant Brand Managers to Senior Brand Managers – we have a few
• Are all role creations as the company continues its investment in the marketing department
• Could be responsible for reviving a much loved brand or working on brand new ones
• Either way, you will be fully responsible for creative, agency and comms
• And work with some of the best team members in the industry (we know! We placed them!)
• Has tons of NPD to launch and will work with wider teams to develop best in class NPD launches

Ideal candidate:

• Will currently be sat in a Brand Marketing position
• We are open to considering backgrounds from big blue chips or exciting SMEs
• But you MUST have FMCG experience
• Yet you could be operating at Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level
• Is highly creative and can work with agency teams to come up with brand plans
• Will possess experience working in the food, beverage or FMCG industry for a leading brand
• Has a strong understanding of the full marketing mix
• Is commercially minded and can understand the importance of ROI in creative campaigns
