  • Brand Manager EMEA is an essential, critical role with responsibility for driving the brand communications strategy across EMEA providing local teams with the tool kit. to be successful
  • Fantastic culture with a genuine care and focus on employees
  • Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)

 

The role:

  • As Brand Manager EMEA you will be responsible for building the brand across EMEA collaborating with the innovation and insights teams to deliver successful communications.
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager the brand manager EMEA will understand the proposition, brand context, consumer research etc to create the communication strategy and campaigns that deliver on brand objectives across EMEA.
  • As Brand Manager EMEA you will develop a deep understanding of customers (retailers) consumers and categories and will lead the development of the annual operating plans that drive commercial performance.
  • Leading relationships with agencies and markets the Brand Manager EMEA will create campaigns across all channels with a focus in digital.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • You will have a depth of experience as a Brand Manager working for a leading FMCG brand. Ideally this will be in a global role but local brand managers will also be considered if can demonstrating owning brand strategy rather than just executing.
  • You will have fantastic collaboration and engagement skills, the culture of this brand thrives in this way and building strong relationships is key to success.
  • The Brand Manager EMEA will have fantastic creative judgement along with a proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns across all channels
  • In this entrepreneurial environment it is essential that you have excellent project management experience along with the ability to drive engagement and execution across the wider business.
  • You will thrive in a matrix blue chip structure that is down to earth, caring and personable.

 

Benefits & details:

  • Excellent package – up to £60,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
  • Location = Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week
