Brand Manager – Northern Europe

Iconic Food Brand

Up to £65k plus package

Hybrid – Based London HQ 1-2 days / week

The role:

  • We are looking for a Brand Manager – Northern Europe to manage an iconic food brandacross Northern European markets through Distributor model
  • You would be responsible for working with the brand growth teams to execute the brand strategy in emerging markets, drive core growth, while simultaneously launching new products and communication.
  • Partnering with the global brand team to launch new products & communication, including developing 360 launch and activation plans
  • You will have full P&L responsibility, both top line and bottom line
  • Working collaboratively across cultures and operating in cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance effectively will be key capabilities for success in this role.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience wise, we’d expect c3-5 years brand management experience ideally at BM level within Food & Beverage or Consumer sectors.
  • Have track record in delivering brand growth and managing a holistic brand experience
  • You’ll have experience working with distributors, across markets, channels, activation teams
  • Ideally have expertise in Northern Europe markets: Nordics, Switzerland, Germany or Benelux.
  • Able to work with ambiguity; flexibly minded offering innovative solutions and challenge the status quo
  • Able to navigate the matrix, work effectively across boundaries, cultures and languages, and comfortable with remote teams
  • Excellent project management & attention to detail important.

  • With International nature of role you will have will occasional requirement of time in Northern European markets
  • Salary range £45-65k plus strong bonus, pension, healthcare
