The role:

  • Execute the annual brand plan to help achieve the ambitious long-term growth targets.
  • Full marketing mixture exposure across all campaigns as a highly responsible Brand Manager
  • Drive trial, build an aspirational brand, and create disruption in the competitive market
  • Manage and deliver projects and campaigns to create a strong consumer pull for the brand.
  • Working with creative, digital and social agencies to manage projects
  • Be involved with identifying the key consumer and trade events needed to be present at
  • Support the sales team to help win in the on-trade and off-trade
  • Develop relationships with adjacent lifestyle brands
  • Support the Head of Marketing on all projects

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Preferably Alcoholic drinks marketing experience
  • Previous experience in Brand/Marketing Management with full project responsibility
  • Knowledge/Understanding of the on-trade market
  • Strategic – strong understanding of brand positioning and an ability to create and execute strategic brand plans
  • Creative – natural approach is to want to do things differently to the way they’ve always been done
  • Thirsty – driven to make things the best things can be and a curiosity to learn quickly in areas of development
  • Commercial – highly comfortable with big budgets and a resourceful negotiator to drive maximum value
