About the Digital Marketing Manager Role

  • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to maintain efficiencies within acquisition and retention channels, as well as increasing traffic and conversions across the website to drive revenue from data-driven insights
  • Management of paid channels (PPC, paid social, programmatic), organic channels (on-site and off-site SEO), monitoring of website performance, and execution of omnichannel digital campaigns
  • Must maintain a good balance between driving digital B2C performance to achieve revenue objectives, while elevating positioning as the brand expands
  • Working in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team on design, messaging and campaign management
  • Develop innovative digital acquisition strategies to significant direct revenue growth
  • Day-to-day management of global PPC, paid social (currently includes Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo) and display activities in multiple languages (primarily English, Chinese and Japanese) and the budgets for these
  • Plan, optimize and execute digital media campaigns, alongside agencies where appropriate, to coincide with global marketing initiatives and local marketing needs
  • Devise retention strategies to incentivize and increase repeat purchases via the website
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders, such as the Brand Marketing team, to ensure coherent and consistent use of brand content within paid channels

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience in the luxury and/or hospitality industries – you must have a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market
  • Experience working with international markets, preferably having targeted Chinese and Japanese audiences
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, paid social and managing the budget for each
  • Agency and stakeholder management experience
  • Autonomous and commercially minded operator with proven success in acquisition
