The role:

  • As a Field Sales Manager you will be planning and continuously developing your area in the regional business plan. Securing the implementation of the national business plan in the region.
  • This is a key leadership role, managing an extremely high performing team (the largest in the company), to drive growth through putting the business strategy into practice, searching for new opportunities and securing existing ones.
  • Setup route planning to secure perfect outlet coverage on the patch
  • As a Field Sales Manager you will build and maintain relationships with key partners in the area.
  • Ownership of the regional budget in relation with the national business Plan.
  • The Field Sales Manager will search for new business opportunities for increased growth in the region
  • Leverage added value solutions which builds long term partnerships and credibility.
  • The Field Sales Manager will spend a minimum of 3 days a week in the field with the team
  • Ongoing on the job training and coaching of your team based on observations and individual skills and strengths.

Ideal candidate:

  • Will have experience within drinks, with a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Must have strong sales experience.
  • Is relationship focused and has extensive leadership experience (managing large teams).
  • Is a team-player, who has the ability to adapt to changing situations and play their part in the company’s success.
  • Will be a self-starter, excited by a challenge and will take initiative.

  • Based on experience up to circa £60k
  • Bonus up to 20%
