Our client:

  • We are looking for a Head of Brand for a high-growth, well recognised FMCG brand, who are listed across portfolio of major Grocers
  • This established brand has strong distribution within the Grocery channel, backed by strong consumer metrics and an exciting NPD pipeline, so are well positioned for strong growth!

The role:

  • We are looking for a Head of Brand to cover the full marketing mix.
  • You will be responsible for creating and driving the brand strategy, leading across comms, NPD, activation and events, as well as managing any agencies.
  • This is a 360 Brand role – the Head of Brand will need to wear many hats and is excited by the buzz a SME business offers.
  • The Head of Brand will lead the Marketing team, developing exciting campaigns and working to achieve business KPIs.
  • With an exceptional portfolio of NPD projects due to launch in 2024, this your chance to get involved and achieve the brands ambitious targets.
  • With a highly engaged consumer base you have a fantastic opportunity to grow penetration and continue driving the business forward. Your specific responsibility is to increase the exposure and influence of the brand to maximise its impact!

 

Ideal candidate:

  • We are ideally looking for someone with a big blue chip foundation (training and experiences) in a brand marketing role (at Senior Brand Manager level), but are now working within a well connected SME business and be up to date with food and health trends.
  • You will thrive on challenge and responsibility, demonstrating you are highly commercial, practical and efficient. You will have an affinity for leadership and the development and upskilling of your team. You’ll excel at both managing and doing, so brilliant stake-holder management coupled with the attitude to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty is key to succeed.
  • Cultural fit is key; not just the team fit but for the brand also, an individual who has an affinity with healthy living and committed to making a difference will be key!

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be based within London, as the expectation is for 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Salary is up to £85k plus car allowance and bonus.
