  • An exciting International Sales Manager opportunity has arisen to join and focus on developing the Middle East region, where you would have a real opportunity to make a true difference!

 

The role:

  • We are looking for an International Sales Manager to develop the MENA region; so we are looking for a dynamic International Sales professional who ideally has both retail and distributor connections.
  • This territory represents a huge opportunity and currently they supply into Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia and Morocco.
  • You be the classic hunter; able to develop new business relationships to secure new listings (whether direct or indirect / distributor); but also skilled at brand development
  • With all their brands delivering on sustainability, they are well positioned to leverage this and focus on developing directly with retailers such as Spinneys, Lulu, Carrefour, Panda.
  • Working closely with the Category and Marketing teams internally to develop & implement effective brand and shopper marketing activities.
  • In the role you would have full ownership of the P&L and develop a clear 3-5-year plan for the brand in each international market

 

Ideal candidate:

  • You must have a track record of building existing business and winning new business across MENA within an International Business Development Manager role
  • With solid sales experience, you be skilled at developing the best strategy & route to market for each customer and channel, for each geographical territory
  • Exceptional commercial awareness to be able to make pricing & promotional decisions independently
  • Demonstrated impressive business achievements through consumer insight and bringing energy & motivation to your role
  • Be fiercely driven and have a passion to succeed as if it was you own business….
