Key Account Manager- On Trade

  • The client is a period of strong growth, they’re looking to continue and accelerate the growth in the HORECA channels.
  • Due to Growth, they are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager with the hunger to grow and develop.

Role:

  • This Key Account Management role will be tasked with growing the brand in the HORECA channels.
  • This role is perfect if you’re currently building your sales career and want to work for a business that is expanding their On-Trade team.
  • As Key Account Manager you will have an even mix of growing current Accounts and Business Development.
  • Take ownership of your sales targets managing negotiations and P&Ls across the On-Trade channel.

Responsibilities:

  • As Key Account Manager you will manage an existing customer base while creating new business opportunities within the independent On-Trade around London.
  • Implement promotional activities and incentives to deliver results.
  • Create and continually manage customer development and relationships to maximize volume & value.
  • Gain autonomy for your sales portfolio, managing your customers and taking responsibility for your own P&L.

Experience required:

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager selling to independent On-Trade customers in London.
  • Sales/commercial experience, which could come from account management, new business, brand, ambassadorial or activation roles.
  • Strong communicational skills
  • Food/Drinks industry.
  • Autonomous, self-starter with a focus on results and customers
