Lead National Account Manager- Foodservice

- And are looking for a Lead Account Manager lead a team on Foodservice
The Role:
- They have made huge inroads to the UK market since launch and want to continue the success
- With awesome growth, they’re looking for a Lead Account Manager to take responsibility for their Foodservice/End User channel
- Your customer base will include Premium HORECA customers as well as large distributors and wholesale
- As Lead Account Manager you will manage a team of 5 direct reports
- You will own the full commercial plan and P&L for the channel working closely with the Sales Director
- This business is all about collaboration and team effort and this role is not an ivory tower leadership role but one for someone hungry, passionate and a team player
- Has a realistic and achievable development plan in place to grow into a Head of Channel role within the next 18 months
Ideal Candidate:
- Be an established NAM or Senior National Account Manager in foodservice
- Have a demonstrable track record of real performance and success within foodservice (experience managing both wholesaler / contract caterer and/or end user accounts preferred).
- A large proportion of their team have come from premium drinks backgrounds, but they are open on category background
- Must understand branded products.
- Could be taking a step up into their first leadership role or looking for something more exciting
- Must be highly commercial!
- An inquisitive thinker, customer manager, innovative in your approach to customer development and engaging in your communication to the trade
- Ready to take on a challenge that will really push the boundaries of your expertise
