Role:

• We are looking for a Marketing Controller to work across our innovation portfolio
• Full responsibility for strategic planning, marketing activation, innovation and developing the Marketing Vision across 2 growing brands
• Leading a team of 3 brand marketers as well as the extended cross functional team you will ensure the delivery of brand strategies in a demanding, exciting and growing marketplace.

Ideal candidate:

• Classically trained marketer with experience within an FMCG blue chip environment having operated at a senior marketing level
• In addition to this someone who has experience working across a challenger brand would also be desirable
• Excellent leadership experience across both of people and strategies
• Is a ‘doer’ who can take strategy from blue sky thinking to execution, bringing teams along with you
• Experience operating in a full marketing mix capacity is essential
• Possess strong experience of managing NPD from concept to launch.
• Experience of brand P&L value management experience, able to demonstrate good commercial judgement is a must
