• With increased investment this is perfect time to join as Marketing Director to scale this UK business & team

Role:

• We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead a 7-person team for the UK operation
• Full responsibility for strategic planning, marketing activation, innovation and developing the 3-5 year Marketing Vision.
• Operating across 3 brands you’ll lead and inspire development of Brand Plans covering all brand scalers; along with aligning Customer & Channel Plans
• As part of the UK Leadership team the Marketing Director you will be involved in business wide initiatives and decisions to drive business forward

Ideal candidate:

• Blue-Chip trained marketer, with extensive experience in instantly recognizable FMCG brands having operated at a Marketing leadership level (Marketing Director, Head of, or Controller level) with excellent leadership experience, both of people and strategies
• Is a ‘doer’ who can take strategy from blue sky thinking to execution, bringing teams along with you
• Will have delivered effective and successful marketing campaigns, demonstrating excellent ROI
• Experience operating in a full marketing mix capacity is essential
• Possess strong experience of managing NPD from concept to launch.
