The role:

  • As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for building and executing the brand strategy for a leading brand within the portfolio.
  • This brand is a way of life for many – instantly recognizable and a fantastic opportunity to make your mark within a huge FMCG business.
  • The Marketing Manager will lead the innovation pipeline and ensure the brand is achieving ambitious growth targets, shaping the vision for the brand and delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and category teams, aligning interests and managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Line management responsibility – coaching your team to deliver and develop professionally.
  • You’ll have a huge amount of autonomy and freedom to make decisions as Marketing Manager.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience wise, we’d expect over 7 years marketing experience at a senior level within Food & Beverage or Consumer sectors.
  • This is a heavily commercial orientated role so we are looking for individuals with experience managing a significant P&L, coupled with strong influencing skills and leadership experience.
  • Have a consumer first mindset – thinks outside the box and is able to work with ambiguity; flexibly minded offering innovative solutions and challenge the status quo.
  • Have track record in delivering brand growth and managing a holistic brand experience.
  • Able to navigate the matrix, work effectively across boundaries, cultures and languages, and comfortable with remote teams.
  • Excellent project management & attention to detail is important.
  • Be fiercely driven and have a passion to succeed as if it was your own business….

 

Benefits & details:

  • A progressive and flexible working culture; expectations of 2 days in South East office
  • Salary between £70-80k (DOE) and leading benefits package including car allowance, bonus, pension & family healthcare.
