  • Now seeking a Merchandiser to join the team

The role:

  • The role is all encompassing, you will work closely with the UK sales team, taking the lead on a mix of UK accounts to ensure all stock is delivered on time and in full
  • You will need strong communication with all customers across grocery, high street and online to be a key point of contact
  • Be responsible for all performance analysis, including sales trends and which product lines are performing well. Provide retailers and internal teams with key data analysis
  • Ensure all goods are delivered on time from relevant factories across Asia & Europe
  • Undertake all admin tasks including all reports are up to date and documents are uploaded onto customer portals
  • Work closely with all your colleagues within the merchandising team, product development, sales and marketing to drive efficiencies

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience operating as a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser in a product driven environment
  • Ideally you will have worked for a supplier and have an understanding of FOB and product sourcing. Candidates from a more traditional FMCG category will also be considered
  • You may have operated as a Merchandiser in a retailer for example and be looking for a change in direction
  • You may have undertaken a slightly different role such as sales support or product development but feel your skills are transferable into this role
  • Excellent attention to detail, administration, analytical skills, and communication skills
