National Account Executive

Based West London c2 days a week

Salary £26-34k plus bonus & package

  • This large, well-regarded foods business has a strong portfolio of loved consumer brands.
  • Operating within the Chilled category their offering spans Adult & Kids categories and is an important supplier to these retailers
  • Culture wise they are people-oriented, passionate for developing their employees & highly collaborative.
  • They are now creating a National Account Executive role to secure future talent for the organisation


The role: 

  • This is a classic ‘grow role’ where you will initially work closely with the Grocery Sales Team supporting across a variety of activities & customers.
  • Reporting to the Customer Director, the National Account Executive will support the Grocery Sales team but also manage a portfolio of customers directly that allow you to grow into the National Account Manager role
  • With a high level of support, coaching and training you will gain exposure to all major retailers and develop an understanding of best practice of; JBP development; the P&L inside out and delivering best in class brand activation
  • Progressing within the National Account Executive role, you will lead client relationships for the Quick Commerce customers (Getir, Gorillas, Go Puff, Deliveroo & Uber Eats)and be responsible for agreeing annual JBPs with customers along with promotional plans

Ideal candidate: 

  • Experience (employment / internship) within an FMCG commercial role
  • Independent and able to work with autonomy whilst being part of a close-knit team
  • Analytical and numerical with good understanding of Excel and understanding commercial data
  • Curious in nature and hungry to drive results
  • Has a track record of driving commercial results
  • Driven by values and creating value for customers and consumers
