• We are now looking for a National Account Manager for a 12 month Maternity Cover

The role:

• We are looking for a National Account Manager to manage & support major retail customers
• This is a perfect role to work with some great brands and retailers under the tutorage of a Business Unit Director who has a strong coach & mentor profile
• In the role you would work alongside the BUD to support across the major retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA & Morrisons)
• Along with personal ownership of customer relationships with key Convenience & Grocery customers including Waitrose, Booths & Spar. Here you will have responsibly for delivering successful JBPs and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.

Ideal candidate:

• Will have some experience within National Accounts; whether at NAM or NAE/JNAM level.
• Will have operating within large customer agreements in Grocery, Discounter or Convenience Retailers
• Understands the role of both brand and own label products
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong numeracy skills.
• Persuasive approach with training and experience in negotiation skills
