Our Client:

  • Is an explosive start up in the Health & Beauty category who have recognised a truly unique gap in the market
  • Their award-winning innovation has seen them secure listings with some of the most prestigious retailers in the UK
  • Have a £multi-million turnover, with over 100% YOY growth and have also managed to double their D2C Sales over lockdown
  • Are developing a loyal customer base with great repeat purchase numbers
  • And are now looking for a Sales Manager to help them develop current relationships while securing new listings in the retail space


The Role:

  • Is a newly created Sales Manager role due to phenomenal growth
  • Will be focused on maximising opportunity with current retailers by improving visibility and distribution
  • While developing new business relationships from scratch
  • Owns the full P&L and is responsible for developing the commercial strategy and JBP’s with customers
  • Will be a part of a team implementing best practices for future growth and play an intrinsic role in the development of the 5-year strategy


Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be classically trained and have strong market experience in the Health & Beauty sector
  • Demonstrate a strong network in national retailers such as Boots, Superdrug etc
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong track record of commercial results through both account management and new business roles
  • Have a hunger and passion for the Health & Beauty sector with the drive to ‘make things happen’
  • Will be driven and willing to pick up new business responsibilities and manage these through into high growth accounts
  • Be highly commercial and have an expert P&L understanding

  • This is a brand new role, in a new structure. It will be hands on and fast paced but will offer the successful candidate an awesome opportunity in a highly profitable start up
  • Salary is pitched c£40-50k + benefits (open to discussion)
