The role:

  • As Senior Customer Analytics Manager you will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and analyzing marketing performance.
  • The Senior Customer Analytics Manager will have responsibility leveraging data analysis techniques and data mining to build a deep understanding of commercial drivers that drive business performance.
  • In the role the Senior Customer Analytics Manager will extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets to derive actionable insights. You will perform advanced statistical analysis and modelling to support decision-making. In addition you will implement data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively.
  • Reporting to the Marketing Director the Senior Customer Analytics Manager will develop a deep understanding of the company’s commercial drivers, revenue streams, and profitability levers.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • This Senior Customer Analytics Manager role is ideal for an individual who has at least 5 years’ experience in customer analytics and data analysis gained from a fast-paced growing consumer faced organisations. You must be able to thrive in a scale up environment with less defined processes and ways of working and have worked in a start up or owner led environment. Ideally you will have a relevant degree quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • The Senior Customer Analytics Manager must be proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools, such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
  • It is essential to have excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders along with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • The Senior Customer Analytics Manager must have experience with experiment design and A/B testing methodologies.
  • The Senior Customer Analytics Manager will be able to be successful in a company where the key objective is expansion and will be comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
  • You will be looking for a Performance Marketing Manager role where you will thrive in taking ownership over your work and decisions, developing strategy, rolling your sleeves up, getting stuck in and being part of a scale up brand.
  • Ideally you will currently (or previously) be working in a high growth proposition and will be comfortable with rapid growth and change.
