  • Now seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Manager (Commercial Planning, RGM / MS&P) in their largest division

 

The role:

  • With direct reports, you’ll lead the commercial strategy of the 4P’s to maximise delivery across a specific product portfolio
  • You will have touchpoints across the organisation and lead, in a matrix structure, to deliver commercial excellence
  • The Senior Revenue Growth Manager will get involved with everything from supply chain efficiencies to exciting innovation and long-term marketing plans and will work holistically across the organisation
  • The role is extremely commercial & entrepreneurial in its nature and will be able to use commercial rationale to drive decision making
  • You’ll be responsible for translating brand & category strategies into plans to deliver budgeted sales, profit and NPD targets.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Will be highly numerate with an knack for the detail
  • Ideally will be sat in a similar Commercial Strategy, MS&P, Revenue Growth role or have a mix of Sales and Retail Buying experience
  • Will be an impressive stakeholder manager and leader.
  • Can demonstrate leading commercially successful strategies
  • Will be able to influence and successfully manage stakeholders, both direct and indirect, on the journey to achieve commercial excellence
  • Will be highly analytical and able to deal with complex information while being able to dissect the key message and deliver it with impact
