We offer a straightforward informal environment built on inclusion and progression with a strong element of fun. You will need a sense of urgency, momentum and drive. We have a tradition of staff retention, long service and promoting from within; our three director-owners were all promoted from Consultant to Director level before they took over the business and we view ourselves as a meritocracy rather than a hierarchy. We’re a mixed bunch and when it comes to our own recruitment we don’t have a ‘type’, in fact we encourage and empower all our team members to develop their own style, and professional brand - in line with our shared values - as they wish.
