Background
We worked with this FMCG business to fill a new Customer Marketing Manager role in Maldon, Essex, needing international and shopper experience, and a candidate able to work 4-5 days in the office.
Following previous work with the hiring manager as a candidate, Seven was brought in as the exclusive recruiter. Briefed on 8th May, we shared four CVs within two weeks. Three candidates were invited to first stage interviews, two progressed to second stage, and an offer was made on 5th June, all within the client’s one month timeline. The candidate joined on 15th September following their notice period.
This was our first placement with the client, and the successful outcome led to strong feedback from the hiring manager, HR, and the candidate. Our work also opened the door to supporting other functions within the business under exclusive terms.
