Placing candidates across multi-functional areas within their Consumer Health business including brand marketing, commercial strategy and sustainability roles.
We had worked with the client in a previous business and the strength of our relationship and performance meant they put their trust and faith in us to find them the right person to fill this high profile vacancy. This role was an additional hire into an established team due to expansion within Bayer’s commercial strategy function. We needed to find someone already operating a commercial strategy role, with proven leadership qualities and capabilities.
With a strong database at this level, we were able to work quickly to identify and put forward 2 strong candidate CVs within the working week. The client interviewed our 3 suggestions at first stage, took 2 to final stage and offered the role 5 and a half weeks from the date of the original brief.
Our knowledge of our client, the strength of our relationship and the reach of our network meant that the successful candidate was actually found within 2 weeks of database search. The candidate is still in place and enjoying success within the role.
