We have worked with this high-end luxury retailer since June 2018, when their Commercial Director recommended us to the HR team due to our strong reputation in the retail sector.

Fortnums had been struggling to find somebody with the combination of strong premium retail understanding and digital marketing expertise. Time was running out and they also needed someone available immediately.

Our candidate was an applicant from a previous process and was a career contractor. He was available to start immediately and had the right skill-set for the role. He met with client that day and was offered the role straight away!
