Background
The out-of-home UK coffee market is valued at £6.5 billion. Lincoln & York started life 25 years ago with a pop-up roastery at the bottom of their founder’s garden. That roastery is now a 6,000m2 state-of-the-art facility, located between the two home cities it was named after.
We were approached by the Hiring Manager about this role due to our strong reputation for Sales recruitment within Food & Drink. A strategic restructure of the team was planned and new talent needed to help drive business development. Over a 6 month period we placed three Sales candidates into the Lincoln & York business.
