Background
We had successfully filled numerous roles in the Commercial function of Manor Bakeries (later Premier Foods) and were invited to recruit for the Operations team as a result.
The brief for this role was to identify a true leader in UK Operations to propel the site further on its continuous improvement journey.
Other agencies within the PSL for some time hadn’t managed to deliver the right person. Due to the strength of our network in Operations, we were able to complete the process within 8 weeks.
