Project Engineering Manager 

Premier Foods are a long-standing client so we have an excellent understanding of their process and culture. This role had been unfilled for some time, as other agencies had been unable to find the ideal candidate with the right balance of experience and personality required. We undertook a number of site visits to really get to grips with the requirements of the role which gave us excellent insight when shortlisting our candidates.

Engineering Manager

Following internal efforts and other recruiters on the PSL not delivering the right candidate, we were briefed on this challenging role which required a real mixed skill-set that would bring technical and practical abilities.

We exhausted the local market and then looked further afield to leave no stone unturned. The successful candidate actually relocated for the role.
